A deposit secures your date and the balance is due on or before the first day of the event. You can pay securely online with mobile money or card, or by mobile money or bank transfer using the details in your invoice.
Every photography and videography package includes two photographers and two videographers. Need more? Add extra crew and the price updates instantly.
Edited photos arrive within 24 to 48 hours and videos within 2 to 4 business days. Weddings: photos in 3 to 6 weeks, the trailer within a week and the full video in 5 to 6 weeks. Need it faster? Choose rush delivery.
Coverage is based on the time you book. Any extra hour beyond it is charged additionally, as set out in your service agreement. For livestreams, every extra hour beyond the included hours is charged at a flat hourly rate.
You can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event forfeit the deposit. Your agreement has the full details.
